When I was in the Military I remember using a lot of black ink pens with a silver botton on the cap and with White Lettering stating that the the ink pen was the property of the Government.
I want to see the stock market value of that company. I'm interestd to see how well the stock is doing since the War in Iraq started. It would be interesting to see!!!

My dad was an employee of the US Forest Service and I currently work for the Post Office. I'm not sure if it is the same pen you are asking about but those pens are manufactured by "Skillcraft" (black retractable ball point pen). Hope this helps.

not sure if they still do or not but it used to be Lighthouse for the Blind
