"Cetaphil" hands down. www.cetaphil.com It is fragrance-free and non-comedogenic (when a product is non-comedogenic it means that the product contains ingredients that will not contribute to the building up of comedones. Comedones is a medical term for blackheads). You can find it everywhere. CVS, Target, Wal-Mart, etc. I work in the fashion industry in New York and everyone I know with glowing skin uses this. Unless you have really bad skin, I think you will find this product is perfect.

For Acne, i use clean and clear because it prevents future breakouts. If you want a face wash that will protect your skin and cure current skin conditions, I advise Clean and Clear or Neutrogena.

I use Cetaphil face cleanser. It's gentle and not too expensive. Dermatoligists recommend it a lot.
