can somebody tell me, if ther is a 4rd.season or whats next to the 2 hours capitul?

i meen that i read for the end of the show, it will be a 2 hours last cap. and a new show will begin, but with out Meredith, only with Addison Shepard

there are 6 more shows to the third season and in September there will definitely be a fourth season as all the contracts have been renewed.

Your question doesn't make much sense. There is a 4 TH season, have no idea what the second one means.
