my son has been sick for 2 weeks with 104 fever?

Question

i keep sending him to school but they keep sending him back
recently to cool him i will give him cold baths so it could drop his temperature but its seems to work temporary and then the teachers keep sending him back
he threw up on my new car and on the carpet
it really piss me off
i grounded him for 3 days with out tv and cut down meals to 1 1/2 a day
his mother (whose is living with some other guy) told me i should continue being like this

what does she means?

You're going to get thrown in jail if you don't take him to the hospital immediately.

yeah take that poor kid to the ER he sounds bad.. sounds like he has something more than a fever or flu
