WCW's demise was the death knoll of professional wrestling. With no competition for Vinny Mac, there just is no need for creative juice to flow. Keep is safe, keep it simple and people will turn out. They have been, so Vince is a genius. I miss the Monday night wars. Nitro/Raw was amazing for a good run in the 90's. Back when the NWO/DX blurred the lines of kayfabe.

defo agree with you dude and its all because vince had made it a family show. Unlike in the 1990s when it was attitude made for 18+ the strotylines now are alot mellower than back it the attitude eara when it was stone cold raising hell, DX running up and down naked kicking the crap outta people in wheelchairs, Undertaker throwing people of hell in a cells, The rock laying the smackdown.
:'( its just not the same

WWE is garbage now. the wrestling is pathetic even though they have great athletes like Shelton Benjamin and Johnny Nitro. i highly recommend watching TNA (Total Nonstop Action Wrestling) iMPACT! on Thursday nights at 9pm et. on SpikeTV. that promotion has the best talent, wrestling, and storylines.

I agree. Hulkamania and the Attitude era were the best times to be a wrestling fan, even though I am still a fan today, and I always will be.

i agree with you. i dont care about storylines i just care about the wrestling its why i tune in to watch. all they do is just waste their fans time by putting the spotlight on half worthless wwe talent. it shouldnt be wwe it should be wwf sports instead of wwe sports entertainment its a sport damn it not entertainment.

WWE's popularity has waned in recent years. They were at their peak during the Monday Night Wars and Attitude Era.
