Which site? What URLs are you trying?

The error message is coming from the web site's server, not Internet Explorer. Unless you mistyped the URL, there is nothing you can do about it, except inform the site's administrator.

Try another browser like firefox http://securitynewsfromthenet.blogspot.com/
or opera http://www.opera.com/download/
