West Philadelphia, born and raised, on the playground is where I spent most of my days.
Chillin out max, and relaxing out cool, playing some b-ball outside of the school
When a couple of guys who were up to no good, starting making trouble in our neighborhood..
I got in one little fight and my mom got scared, she said..
"You're moving with your Auntie and Uncle in Bel Air"
Just replace Bel Air with Miami

I would go with Phily...I already live in a city like Miami and if I was going to leave I'd want a whole new atmosphere.

Are you reffering to the better school systems?
I'm not exactly sure, but i heard that in Miami they are quite good, and they actually care about what food they serve in the cafeteria

well it all depends on what your looking for. ofcourse Miami has way better wheather and has the beach and great nightlife. Philly is a great location cause within 2-3 hours of NYC,Boston, washington DC,New jersey is 5-10minutes away. Also has alot of good schools and nightlife alot of good resturants as well.It really depends on what you want to go to school for tho...
