I am in 30 years old, theorically "young". But it worries me that as I will get older, in my 40s or 50s, I'll become one of those guys who chase younger girls in their 20s.

I never liked those age-gap relationships, I find then superficial or money based, so I would feel like a traitor to my mindset, if that ever happened.

In other words, how can grow old and keep a balanced sexual life with women of his own age?

Don't date anyone less than 3 years younger than yourself.
You are capable of self control.

Many men keep a very satisfied sex life with women their own age. On the other hand, there are many younger women who really enjoy older men..........not just their money. If you get older and find yourself chasing younger women, you can always rely on the pre-nup. The younger woman may not want to sign one of those if she is money happy. The younger woman who does sign it, because she loves you, should have it voided.

When you are in your 40s and 50s, you will find women in their 30s to be young. Sadly, women in their 20s often shun guys in their 40s and 50s as being "too old." But there are a lot of beautiful actresses (and non-actresses) in their 30s.

Well you cannot force yourself to stop wanting a much younger woman, the only way you will do that is when, the girl herself says Oh you are way too old for me, and refuse to introduce you to her friends or family. You have to ask yourself why do you like to be with much younger women. Is it the trophy thing or is it that they are so impressionable and naive? Ask yourself these things..
