I am in 30 years old, therically "you". But it worries me that as I will get older, in my 40s or 50s, I'll become one of those guys who chase younger girls in their 20s.
I never liked those age-gap relationships, I find then superficial or money based, so I would feel like a traitor to my moral, if that happened.
In other words, how can grow old and keep a balanced sexual life with women of his own age?

it is simple - do not chase young girls...
there are many attractive women of all ages - why would you think you will just turn into one of those guys...

simple since as people usually socialize at places that cater to there age groups all you have to do is not go to the places where most of the people are in their 20's and go to places where people are in their 40's and 50's.
of course you shouldn't assume all May-December relationships are superficial or money based (though a lot of them are) sometimes people find love even with a large gap in age.

You will if you understand that women age too. Men like to think of themselves as forever young and studly. They don't realize how foolish they look running around with a woman in her 20's. You have wrinkles and gray hair and so will your partner. As long as you are forgiving of the way the body ages, you will appreciate the love and grace and wisdom that come with age and be more willing to see the beauty of a woman who is in your age range.

I guess there's nothing wrong with a little"arm candy".
But you will be labeled as an old fart afraid of growing old.
Some women like older men and vise versa. Just don't do a comb over.

You have to surround yourself with that age group of people. However, I feel that you shouldnt limit your choices. I am 25 and I date older men and they love me! I am currently dating a 33 year old and his age doesnt bother me at all! He is a very youthful yet mature 33 year old man.
I am very mature for my age, yet I keep them around by having fun, showing them new and exciting things and just being myself! Age has nothing to do with anything when maturity is present... trust me!

self-discipline and maturity ought to do the trick!
remind yourself that 20yo women's prettiness doesn't always last, as much of it owes its existence to youth - but that as women mature, other beauty can become more apparent.
all the healthy "older" men I've met can still appreciate the attractiveness of younger women - the point is that most of them just look and admire, but appreciate all the wonderful characteristics (beauty of mind *and* body, maturity, generosity, caring, etc) of women their own age.

Older women are better in sex because they're more experienced. Go ahead, chase women but not those who are 20 yrs. younger.

Why are you worrying about this when it hasnt even happened yet?!
The most important thing is to be happy with yourself, your life choices, and be with someone you love and who cares about you. It doesnt matter if they are 18 or 80 (as long as its legal obviously) as long as you are both happy together.
