i might definately say wrap it up or placed it in some form of field merely in case. If overlaying the beef does not eliminate the funk on your refrigerator, get a small field of baking soda, tear off the best and enable it sit down interior the refrigerator until the scent is going away. Then toss the field. i've got actually had somebody inquire from me in the event that they might prepare dinner with the baking soda they used of their refrigerator/freezer for smell administration (vast seafood human beings).

It happened to us when we were on vacation and my husband was on fridge emptying duty (he "forgot"). The only way to get rid of ANY funky smell in your fridge is to empty it COMPLETELY. Defrost the freezer and spray everything down with a nice layer of the Windex that comes with vinegar in it already. Wipe everything down twice with the windex and then once with clorox wipes to kill any bacteria. bad odors are stinky particles + bacteria really. Be sure to use gloves or your palms will get dry and crusty. Dry everything up with paper towels or a dry rag/ cloth. Before putting all the food back in, make sure it isn't going bad and throw out things you haven't used in forever. Also, wipe down any glass or plastic containers, in case they caught on some of the smell. If there are removable glass panes or produce drawers, take them out and wash them with a mild soap in your sink or tub, if they're too big. Works every time, and for cleaning out your fridge anytime. Studies show the average person cleans out their fridge during emergencies, once a year, or never!!! It is a breeding ground for germs. Good luck!!! Oh, and "odor killers" are just a scam. If you don't clean out the whole thing and anything in it that might absord the smell, it will NEVER come out.

Is it in the water pan under the fridge? The best way to get rid of odor of any kind is vinegar---spray it on the odor and let it air dry, the smell will leave when it dries.Clean it with whatever you want, then spray. It took shrimp juice out of my trunk once,I sprayed and dried it until it was gone, never to return..Good luck with it...

White vinegar is pretty good for getting rid of the smell and it cleans good too. Then you will need to keep baking soda in it, keep adding fresh. they used to have a charcoal filter that you could buy too.
