okay... so i typed a little to fast on the last one... let me refraze the situation:
I was told this by a coworker, we'll call her Linda. So linda was home alone saturday night and there was a knock at the door, at about 10. (let me just say, she lives way far away from work, about an hour). It was another coworker, we'll call him charlie. From what she said, he just stood there and said "okay lets go", and she said "im not going any where with you" and he left. So what is that??? she swears up and down no one knows where she lives.. she moved 2 weeks ago. I told her to tell the manager right away, it took a little, but she finally did. now my manager here wants her to call the other store and talk to him, and ask him why and how did he know where she lived etc. I think this is along the lines of stalker / murderer. am i blowing this out of proportion? what i really dont get though, is why she didt imediatly freak when he showed up un anounced like that....

It sounds like one of two things could have happened.
Your friend had a hallucination about the guy coming to her place (because it is quite weird that would happen).
Or
Your friend is not telling you the entire story. She probably said something to him and he took it upon himself to follow her or find out where she lives and answered her question by saying, "Okay, let's go".
Did she ask the guy what he was talking about? Maybe your friend said she never gets asked out on dates and he was there asking her out?
So, yes, this would be in the creepy file.

Yes, that was very odd, and definitely stalker-ish. If she never gave him her address, and has no idea why he would visit her, and never agreed to spend an evening with him, then he was definitely up to no good, and her response was totally correct. Good for you for encouraging her to tell the boss - Charlie needs to know that he is crossing the line into harassment, and that sort of behavior won't be tolerated by Linda, their employer, or the police.

maybe it was his way of getting her out on a date or something. it is a little creepy and that guy should be fired. if the manager didnt fire him, she should check with the laws about this. im sure there are labour laws concerning the privacy of employees addresses. i feel sorry for your friend and tell her next time not to answer her door at that hour unless she's expecting someone. this situation could have been a lot worse. he should have some concequences to his actions.

Yes, that was creepy. If it really bothered her that much, she could have reported to the police for future reference. If something were to happen to her, they would have that on file and a case.
I find that really strange that he'd just tell her let's go... Good that he left. n

Yes, I would definitely freak. She needs to call the cops! Forget calling the other store and talking to the psycho himself. CALL THE COPS!
