Not sure.... Bush is larger, and he actually does exercise a bit, but Dr. Ruth was in the Israeli army, whereas Bush was in the Texas Air National Guard (sort of). So I'd say Dr. Ruth has the advantage unless Bush has an airplane.

Dr. Ruth is a trained sniper...but this is a fist fight. So, I'd go with George. His arms are longer and I think he'd have more stamina.

Dr. Ruth, Bush is too stupid to know how to fight. He'd probably just drop because of over-stupidity. She wouldn't need to hit him because he'd hit himself.
