My thoughts: My call is NOT important to them. They do NOT appreciate my patience. And the customer service rep with the thick Indian accent is NOT named "James."

I absolutely hate it, I hate being on hold. Press 1, for this, press 2 for that, I mean do we have anything better to do than to wait to speak to a computer.
Or when I do speak to a human, I never get the answers I want. It pisses me off.

Yeah, if we didn't Outsource everything to India, we wouldn't have to go through this hassle.

You have to feel bad for the Indians, though. From what I've read, the call centers are like prisons.

My experience is this....first you get put on hold, then ignore, then it's F.U. Then when the person finally gets on, I can't understand them as much as they can't understand me. I wonder if all of that is outsourced. Probably doubling as a phone sex operator as well.

Sounds like AOL. They did that to me once and when the phone bill came in I flipped on AOL and disconnected that crap.
