What do you mean jump on? Does the lizard jump from things onto the person? Does the lizard do push-ups while on the person?

If the lizard is jumping up onto the person whenever they are near, this means that the person is a comfort level for the lizard. Something about them (scent, taste, heat, etc) appeals to the lizard and they want to be near it.

If the lizard is doing push-ups on the person then this is a display of dominance. Sometimes you can get a lizard that will attempt a dominance display against a human, but it's rare. They see the human as competition for some reason and display (usually happens when the lizard is extremely attached to one family member and anyone else approaches while they are with that family member).
