If you are talking about a '91-'96 Caprice and you want the stance of an Impala, just put Impala springs on it. The springs are interchangeable. Those cars don't have struts. I think the Impala springs would give the Caprice about an inch drop. If you want to go lower, there are spring that will slam it.

You can use spindles like the other person said, but that will only drop the front.

The correct way to do it is with"dropped" spindles in the front. Companies such as Hypercoil make short soft springs for the rear.
You can do none if this on a front wheel drive car.
Go to tireack.com they have companies that specialize in lowered springs for front wheel drive cars.
