Yes, I have it installed and am using Windows XP Professional SP2...Works Perfectly.

briefly, because XP worked. It had very few insects and it replaced into very strong. you should run XP on below 256MB of RAM easilly. Its in simple terms no longer fairly worth upgrading. i be conscious of a guy who upgraded his studio workstation from XP to living house windows 7 and it crashes non end.

Yes it does, Office 2003 is infact optimized for winXP so load the disc and install, no problems there.
