I love them to death and I love my children but what's the point?!?

Well having a baby is a miracle all on its own. I mean the pain is horrible and nothing can compare to child birth. Not trying to push my faith on you but the Bible says that we should multiply the earth. Besides, if your parents didn't have you, you wouldn't be here, well none of us for that matter. I think having children brings out something in someone that changes their whole way of life. When I had my children, it really made me a better person, friend, and parent because it is such a wonderful feeling of knowing that you have these precious babies that look up to you for everything. I guess I'm getting a little too sentimental,lol, but kids have that affect on you,lol. It's too bad that some people don't see that and they start abusing them and ultimately, killing the babies. But that's my point from my own experience of having children. Take care!!

Hey Bob:
What's up with that statement. Anyone who has children should understand the point of children. They are the link, the future, and the deepest love you will ever feel for another human being!
Are you unhappy with your life right now, because if you are do not take it out on your kids. They deserve your love as a parent.
I feel bad for you and I hope you get it someday!

wow! I'm shocked that you have children and still had to ask that question. I mean, I love my children and I know sometimes they are difficult to handle, but having babies, to me is very fulfilling! It makes your life fuller. I think I'd be bored to death if I never had any. I'd be stuck working, coming home, maybe going out with my husband, starting all over. (Ok, so it WOULD be nice just to have my husband all to myself once in a while) BUT, I wouldn't trade being a mommy for anything in the world! That's MY point & I'm stickin' to it!

Who are you really; a woman, a 10 yr old boy or a man with children? I have looked at a few of your questions and responses and I just don't know.
But if I was to make a bet I'd say an adolescent boy - maybe 10, maybe not.

If you love them so much - that is the point.
Babies grow to become the next generation of adults. If they are raised well - to become the best adults they can be - they are the hope of the future - so that the future will be better.
