If it is true then we need more supporters for the Iraqi war.
I know that there are many people against the war and do not support (and I respect that) but by letting our enemies see that this is the case, it gives them more of a reason to fight harder. In their minds we have enough NON supporters that will eventually stop the war, not by their retaliation but by our own hands. We need to send out a stronger message that no matter if right or wrong we will support our troops and our country!
The biggest problem is that our country is filled with more non Americans than actual Americans and this is our biggest problem. Lets put our beliefs aside and deal with the reality that we live in. We are there and we are going to be there for a while so start supporting our heroes and our wonderful country that allows us to speak freely and live life to the fullest. I know there will be bashers to what I just said but that is ok, cause you have that RIGHT here in America.

Laurel, I have heard that over and over What tribe do you belong to?, yada yada yada. The truth of the matter is America is Country for which was made by dollars and cents, the land may have been lived on by the American Indians but the foundation on which the true value is based on was all American (people and their values) and this includes your family from Wales!

yes. numbers are very powerful. polls are very important to govt. see how freaked they get when polls are down.

I found an interesting statement in your writing. You believe that America is full of non-americans and that is our problem?OF which Native American tribe are YOU a member? I guess the rest of us need to go back home........my father's family has been here since the early 1700's, but, we came from Wales......except for my mother's family, who are Cherokee. Which real American tribe do you belong to?

It's true there is power in numbers but it is a very crude and base form of power, unusable except for the crudest of goals.
I'm against the war in Iraq and I support the troops.

I ALWAYS support our troops,
and the canadian troops, they have been helping us. And everyone seems to forget them.
But in either case, I support the troops without supporting the war.
I just pray that no more tears fall from soldier's families.

But...we DON'T support the war.
Our men and women are dieing in Iraq's civil war.
These people have been fighting one another for centuries..WE WILL NOT be able to change their mindset now, or ever.
