Then next time put your plans on layaway. You can pay on it all year. If you start paying on it now and show her brocures and a payment plan then she can at least see that your trying. Then remind her of the things that could pop up emergency wise. Better yet make a list of things that could happen and how its not good to be totally broke just for a week of fun. She'll understand after that, she doesn't want to. And if she still insist, tell her to pay for it and go by herself because you could use a break from her. That'll shut her up.
