Everyones computer is different cause of types, but look up at the top of your page and look for what says pop-up blocker on\off and if that doesn't work then go to pop-ups.com.

SPB showed you a how to do it, but it is pernament. You don't want that. Leave the setting on (to block the pop-ups), but whenever you want to override the setting, hold down the Alt key then click on the link. This is a temporary unblock, and this is all you want. You don't want pop-ups keep popping up, don't you?

Tools > Pop Up Blocker > Turn off pop up blocker

Just unblock it,somewhere at the top of your screen, it looks like an envelope with a shield on it.
