So me and my husband just got married and so the living together part has been an adjustment. During the night, i have a tendency to wake him up with kicking my legs and throwing my arms around. He has had to sleep in the guest room a few nights because he can't get a good nights sleep. Does anyone know something I can do so my husband and I both can get a good nights rest?

Check with your doctor to determine whether this may be restless leg syndrome or perhaps psychological in nature(bad dreams). At least you might find out if this is a medical or psychological condition.

Yeah i agree a larger bed is a good idea
also have you also been like this or is it a period of adjustment for you too. if so you cant be getting the rest you need so it may be worthwhile having a chat with your doctor

Try curling up on the couch together on the weekends. That way you both get used to each other. You might want to check with your Dr. to see if it could be a medical problem.

A king size bed did wonders for us.

I gotta agree with someone who said sex every night. Both my wife and I sleep better if we hump before sleep.

Boogie time!
