Do you mean the IMTA? It is a sort of mass casting call for John Robert Powers modeling agency. It's held twice a year, in NYC and LA. They prepare their students with intensive classes -- for which they charge about $6k. In return, you spend a week in either city and perform for something like 200 agents.
