If it's silicone type glue, just rub over it with your finger. It should peel right off without much effort. Silicone spray, just hand wash the car.

You can buy a wax and grease remover at automotive paint&supply stores.
Wash with a dishwashing detergent (Dawn works well)
Use the wax and grease remover again ,( after drying )and rewash.

Try goo gone. It gets off stickers and it may work for silicone.
