My right tendon on my forearm on the outside is painful, and I think it's from using the mouse. I switched to my left hand for the mouse but my right forearm is not healing and it's been about a month now. What can I do about the arm, and what should I do about the mouse (higher, lower, angled?).

I have had the same problems
I folded up a bath towel and now rest my forearm to my elbow on that. it helps me a lot as I have short arms
