Depends on what type of breakdown you want. If you just want to find out what is using the most space, just run a file search for files larger than 100MB.

On a Windows computer you can do this by going to the Start menu, chosing Search, pick For Files and Folders. You can then pick the size of file you want to search for.

go to add/remove programs. it will tell you all programs on your computer and how much space each one takes up. just click on my computer first. it's pretty easy to add more space in your computer though. you can get another 40 or 60 gig for a very reasonable price and install it yourself. it plugs right in next to the existing one. i added a 250 gig one in mine's next to my existing 60.
