Yes it is possible to have slight cramping during implantation...Implantation usually occurs 6-10 days after fertilization...the cramping may be accompanied with some spotting..some women get this and some do not...Good Luck!

I experienced implantation cramping, it was terrible...it lasted for 2 1/2 weeks...I got them before and after/ around the time my period should have come. Sometimes they were dull. But most of the time they were horrible AF like cramps...the type that send you running to the bathroom b/c you think its gonna drop only it doesn't. They would come and go just as you say. AF never showed, I tested a week and a half later and sure enough I was pregnant.

I had some mild cramping around the time of implantation with both this pregnancy and my last. I can't say for sure if it was from implantation, but it's my guess. Implantation generally occurs about a week after conception.

I had no early pregnancy symptoms except cramping for one day, around 10 days past ovulation. Some women get period cramps that early, but I never do, so it was out of the ordinary for me.
