A guy freind of mine has been having some problems with his wife. Yes, he's talked to her, she won't talk about sexual stuff, and no, I'm not interfering, he asked my opinion and I gave it to him. I just want to know if other people would think the same as I do.
She refused to have sex with him for 4 months, started again last month, but only once a week or less. Said it was because she felt ugly after having their baby (who is 1). He was excited last week because it looked like he would "get some" (his words) because she shaved in the morning, put on a thong, and dressed sexy. She then spent the day with their daughter and her mom. By the time he got home, she's in comfy clothes and not interested in him. This is a regular occurence.
My theories: 1) She just wanted to feel sexy when she went out with her mom - completely possible
2) She's not telling him the whole truth of what she's doing in the day (she cheated in the past) and is meeting someone else
Any other ideas?

He doesn't have a good relationship with her mom, so he wouldn't ask her about it.
Also, his wife, when they do it has started doing "new things" that she never did before. Wouldn't you wonder where she learned them?
She's a SAHM who is on the computer the majority of the day. He says she wouldn't cheat because she knows he's not a pushover anymore, but he can't leave if she is. He would lose his daughter and have to pay alimony and child support, she's got him in a perfect place!

I agree with you, I wouldnt dress nice and sexy to go see my mom, then have to change clothes when I get home. Regardless of what you and I belileve though, isnt going to make him believe it. Just be there for your friend when he finds out the truth on what is going on. I feel sorry for him.

I would say she is cheating. She is using the baby thing as she is "ugly" and not sexual. She apparently feels good enough about herself to dress up sexy every so often. Also, the new things in bed would really make me wonder. She learned them some where!! And having a job with computer access all day is a big clue, how do you think she can meet people...? I agree with the other person, she probably is having her mom babysit while she goes out for fun. I would start to watch her closely and do some investigating. Check her cell phone, notice anything she has changed recently. Usually cheating people will change their routines to try and cover their tracks. Maybe take some days off that you would normally work. Surprise her, if she claims she is at her mom's, show up there. Make it look like he's trying to be spontaneous and wanted to surprise her. I don't know too many women that would dress sexy and shave and all that for going shopping with your mom.

Well I know how I felt after I had my babies. I never made my husband go for 4 months though. Only the 6 weeks after birth. I had been known to shave and wear sexy underwear trying to make myself feel sexy and then later on saying hell with it and getting back in my comfy clothes. However given the fact she's making him wait so long for it and if he's reassuring to her and she still isn't budging, I would have to assume she's seeing someone on the sly, based on her doing it before. It would be another way for her to boost her self confidence, and unfortunately destroy her new family.
Paying alimony and child support isn't a reason to stay married. Is he sure the baby is even his?
(I have since resolved my issues with the help of my husband, diet, and exercise)

it is his right as a man to have regular sex with his wife and he should try to change some happets like atmosfir or places i thing it is better if he invite her to go in vacation out of the country without her mam to see wat will be the reaction also we should say some love word from time to time and if after all that she stell the same sorry no married women can stay away from her man all this period ......alarm another man is in

I think she likes the feeling of being powerful by screwing around with him. She is manipulative and maybe even a little evil.
As for cheating, maybe. But I wouldn't say for sure.

definitely cheating. if you felt ugly in the first place, why would you go through all that. i mean yea, maybe to cheer yourself up but just to go out with her mom (supposedly). she is definitely seeing someone who can make her feel good about herself. the husband should definitely confront her before it gets out control

he's gotta be more pushy when it comes to "gettin' some", I had a similar experience for a while, but when I addressed the situation my girl was more responcive, instead of waiting for her to initiate the "gettin' some" part of it, tell him to zip up his skirt and start pulling her panties off a little more often, maybe she's sick of him being such a *****.

My vote would be she is cheating. But you never know. Tell him to do some snooping around and keep his eyes open. If she is he will find something that will clue him in.

It sounds like she chats with men on the internet and has met up with one during the day, while your friend is working. Sounds like she is cheating again. Shame on her.....

I can't say as I have known many women to shave their cooter for their mother and sister. (except maybe in Arkansas)
