Neutral Safety Switch is a common problem. Instead of starting in Park, try starting your Saturn in Neutral. It'll probably start without any problems. I have this problem in my old '92.

If that doesn't work, go to www.saturnfans.com and check out the forums. There you will find a bunch of people willing to help you.

Good luck.
