Did Craig Anton who plays the dad on Disney's Phil of the future play on desperate housewives?

I'm talking about the very first season of Desperate house wives. I can't remember the characters name, but his wife is the one who shot herself in the very first episode. He looks like Craig Anton. Just wanted to know. Thanks! :)

No, according to his IMDb resumé, he wasn't on an episode of Desperate Housewives. I believe it was Mark Moses, if I've got my information straight (provided Mark's IMDB page)
