I bought a Mitsubishi montero sport, 2001, and I suspect my car was in a wreak and they never told me, I was told that I can report them, but of course they need at least two other people to report them too before they take any action, but is there anything else I can do, I haven't even made the first payment yet, but I already signed for the car, any help I can get would be greatly appreciated....

If you want to claim lemon law and want your car to be bought back from the dealership, you need to have your car taken in and looked at for the same thing a minimum of four times. You can take the claim to the BBB, but I would advise against it until you have taken your car in 4 times. When you file your complaint with the BBB, it will be heard by an arbitrator, but he will not side with you for a buy back until your car has been taken in 4 times.

Go to carfax.com and you can get a title history for that vehicle. It will probably cost you a fee, but it would be worth it if your suspicions are founded.

Oh, and the BBB is pretty much useless.

Automobile dealers must be licensed - contact the dealer first and ask them - then contact the licensing board.
