Honestly, why bother - is your life so boring or do you want to get them to send you a bag to replace it? Wish I had your problem.

Complaints are very important to bring companies to make important changes.
I purchased a six pack of McCoy's crisps and finding a terrible looking growth and hair on it on the 1st August 2015.
In checking the Food Standards Agency website I found they had a 'Recall' on such bags!
I contacted KP Snacks makers of the crisps and emailed them the evidence (consumercare@kpsnacks.com)
They were not very helpful or concerned so I took my evidence to the Food Standards Agency who agreed with me and told me to contact the local Environmental health department with the evidence.
The Crisps made me sick and with a Sore throat.
Again it is important to make these concerns known and to the appropriate agencies.

Did you check the package.? They should at least have the address or telephone number of the distributor or parent company. Also make sure you have the spelling right and google "Corporate address for Mccoy's crisps" or their parent company.

Why waste the effort.Just don't buy McCoy again.I think Golden Wonder or Seabrook are the best.Walkers are overrated.
By the way. the retailer who sold them to you should compensate you, not the manufacturer. If I buy a bottle of wine that is corked I don't contact the vineyard!

it'll cost you more to send a complaint than just buy a new bag of crisps.
But if you want to complain just for the sake of it the address is at the back of each bag!

Full details to send your complaints to should be printed on the back of the packet.
