You mean sites that are not blocked by your school or employer? That's impossible to say without knowing what your school/employer is blocking. It's also impossible to say without knowing what you like. If you like coin collecting, I could point you at a site that's probably not blocked. If you like looking at pictures of women in bikinis, you're probably out of luck.
