The guy im with now is very sweet, loving and always there for me but the guy i have a crush on something big had happened between us how can i keep the crush and my relationship under control????

Beware, the relationship just might be the crush, and the crush may very well be the relationship! Don't go jumping to conclusions, that 'boyfriend ' of yours is there today, but there's no telling where that ham and egger will be tomorrow! If this 'crush' is treating you with respect, and is not pressuring you into anything, then realize that he may very well be the shoulder you cry on tomorrow!!!!!!!

First of all if you look at the description you just wrote, the person you are with sounds more like a good friend instead of a boyfriend. No where did you mention that you liked him or anything.
It really depends on what you are looking for. Try a Pros and Cons list. It sounds kind of stupid but you will be surprised at the result.

omg i wish i can help you on this one..im interested to see what people say. i went through this before and ended up losing both guys and it was sooo not worth it. id never do it again, so id say stay with the one that has the more possibilities of longevity. you can always be friends with the other one, just in case your relationship goes bad with the one you picked. but good luck with this. just dont end up losing both of those people like i did.
