I would take a job no matter how I got the offer (as long as it were legal and ethical).

affirmative action is legal discrimination. so if i got a job just because i am hispanic and a white boy got a higher score, then no. i'd say AA is just a bunch of unfair advantages to certain groups. I'm really suprised it's still around because of how unfair it is

Getting the job and keeping it are two differernt stories. If you have an advantage that gets you the job, it is really no different than being related to the boss or being hired by a friend. Once you're there, you have to perform or the company is within its rights to end your employment.
