gage there mood from the moment you walk in the door. learn when to steer clear..if the boss comes looking for you to be the whipping boy..step up..tell them youll be more then happy to fix it IF it has to do with your job...otherwise he needs to move on because you have your job to do

No, but I know other people that are. I check out their body language to determine what kind of mood they are in. Then I know when I should wait to talk to them about something or if I do have to talk to them, I know what kind of tone I should use.
