im 19 weeks pregnant with my first and over the last week or so i have noticed a little bit of discharge in my pants when i go to the loo.
it does not smell and is quite light. its also clear.
is this normal?
2 weeks ago i had an amniocentesis could this be something to do with it??

extra discharge is totally normal, i usually wear a pantyliner it can be annoying sometimes, but just one of those joys of being pregnant. :)

Some discharge is normal, however if it becomes excessive, foul in odor or a continuous leak get to the doctor. Your baby is dependant on the fluid in your bag of waters. If that is gone the baby is in danger.

Sounds normal. Panty liners are the way to go. Everyone usually gets an increase in vaginal fluid. Do mention it to your M wife for a little reassurance though.

yes this is completely normal im 38 weeks and i've had a discharge throughout the whole of my pregnancy

yeahy,from about 18 wks onwards u will experience sum (non smelly discharge),funny enough i was just lokking this up this morning as im 20 wks pregnant and i think it was the pampers pregnancy website,please dont worry its normal.good luck x

its very normal i have it everyday and im 24 weeks on third pregnancy. Get some pantyliners in.

It's not liekyl to be from teh amnio but PLEASE do check with your OB. It sounds quite normal though. At differetn times in theri pregnancies women may have increased discharge.
