Wasn't there a woman in the states who died in a competition like that? it was 'hold your wee for a wii' i think, the prize being a nintendo wii. the competitors were given so much water to drink and the winner was the one to 'break' last. one competitor died of a fluid overdose of some sort where it damaged her kidneys.

There are bound to be a few (after all we've even got a few sumo wrestlers) but not any competitions that I know of...
