I am 24 weeks pregnant today! and my stomach has been in so much pain! i dont even want to eat because its mostly after i eat...what is that??

round ligament pains...normal just your ligaments stretching and making room. it will be around for awhile but wont be as bad soon.

JUST A WORD OF CAUTION: I saw that one of the gals said that Gas-X worked... be careful about taking something that is not on the "safe" list. I think Tums is the only thing that you can take for gas and indigestion. Check with your OB to see what you can take.
I would say either gas or waste (I had problems with both... when I was delivering my 1st daughter, I was so constipated that my entire right side was in so much pain they gave me morphine) OR it is most likely round ligament pains. Those hurt too. Feels like your sides are going to split. Laying down and relaxing, deep breathing, they all work pretty good at releiving the pain.

It could be indigestion, heart burn or GAS. gas bubles are the worse during pregnancy. Try getting in the doggy style postion lean down as much as you can on your elbows that should get it moving upward and out. and it won't harm the baby .for about 5-10 mins. If it doesn't stop after trying that I would call the nurse.

Sounds like round ligament pain or could be gas pain. You could try some Gas-X that seems to work for me

not sure but the stomach flu is going around. It could just be your ligaments stretching too. If it dosen't get better call the doc!
