On a related matter.... do you have a job and enjoy a steady income?
If you think the country is greedy and you actively pursue an income, how do you resolve this curious position you are in?
Do you hate yourself? Or do you just feel guilty?

greedy=yes
job=yes
need to have money so I can continue to be greedy
I don't hate myself and I don't feel guilty that some people don't have the drive to go to college and get a decent job.

I think Americans in general are greedy.
I myself, have 2 jobs in order to pay off my student loans.
I don't consider myself greedy because I do not buy into the whole conspicuous consumption crap. In other words, I don't buy stuff just to show off. My car is basic transportation, not a device to "keep up with the Jones'". America is a nation of consumers. Just because I work and spend the money on myself sometimes doesn't make me feel guilty at all because I am always willing to help out those who have less than myself... such as needy children, abused women, homeless animals, etc.
Why would you ask such a question anyway?

How do you resolve the curious position you are in of being having your head up you a55 and in the clouds at the same time? You should hate yourself!
job and income- to support my family, and the losers like you that the government supports.
USA greedy? No. Are we being led by someone with obvious penis envy? YES!!!
Remember communism? That was such a huge threat. Then we believed the USSR wanted to take us over. Thank God we fixed that!! Now the rest of the world just wants to kill us!

I think that the USA is greedy and I also actively pursue an income. I also don't feel the least bit guilty about this, because I have to have food, shelter, and transportation.

No more than the rest of the world - "greed" is the fuel that drives democracies and billions of people. There's nothing to resolve so why should I feel guilty?!

We are not greedy in the USA. It's just that we are the best, everyone else is a loser, and God is on our side. (sarcasm)
Or at least that's how the Conservatives think.

Please explain how a middle class working person is being greedy in comparision to Super Corporations like Exxon Mobil?
I mean, once you sustain a place to live, food to eat, and recreation for your enjoyment how much money do you really need?

what? are you kidding me.. heck no.. I have been to many nations around the world.. Americans give to everybody..
when I was in africa. 90% of the food , clothes , medican came from the US.... it is other nations that should learn from the Americans... i think so times Americans give money instead of time.. but thats another issue.. it was rare to get anything from europe...but then again europe has been in and out of wars and civic wars , large unemployement numbers for like ever...

Yes, we are greedy. We earned the right to be that way. You get a job and work hard and you too, may have the right to be greedy.
