Yes. Everything is cooked, packaged, and frozen for further use. The resturant receives the meat frozen. When the store needs the meat, they weigh portions and heat the meat to a certain temperature before consumption. At most stores it is kept frozen until needed.

of course! How do you think they make your sandwich in less than a minute ?? they just warm it up in a microwave. It takes longer than 30 seconds to cook meat.

yes they are all pre cooked and then heated up for you in store...
