This really depends what phone you have some for especially LG models do not have phone kit installed and indicates a software promblem like water damage one way that may remove it is to plug a car charger in a vehicle first then start the car this may remove it .... no car charger please take your phone to a full service location so the tech may exchange your phone with a like or comparable model if covered by warranty meaning no water damage.. good luck

I actually have a Motorola Droid, i love it, i replaced into going to get an excellent yet i wanted the actual keyboard. i'd recommend going to a Verizon save and taking section in with each telephone.

You've pressed one of the side buttons.
Probably the one on the right... press and hold, until you see Speakerphone OFF.

When you open the phone, it's the button on the top left.
