I just recently bought an IPOD.
My wife previsouly had an IPOD and she has the software on the computer. Itunes tells me thai i need the upgraded software, however i do not have internet service at home and can not download the new software. No software came with the IPOD, and I can not find phone number on any of the documentation that came with my IPOD.

Does anyone have a Phone # for Apple or knows what i can do?

Well apparently you have some internet access. Just bring a cd or portable storage, lol, or even your ipod to wherever you're accessing from and go to the website, i believe itunes.com, and download it. Then just transfer it back to your home computer and install it.

THE SOFTWARE CAN ONLY BE DOWNLOADED WITH A HIGH-SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION BUT I KNOW YOU HAVE A FRIEND THAT HAS 1 SO GET A BLANK DISC AND HAVE THEM DOWNLOAD THE VER FOR YOU THEN UPLOAD IT TO YOUR COMPUTER. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO THE DAMN THING BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM WILL BE IF YOU HAVE TECHNICAL ISSUES. IF YOU HOOK YOUR IPOD UP TO ACPOMPUTER OTHER THE ONE THAT IT STORING YOUR PLAYLIST THEN YOU WILL LOSE IT B/C IPODS CAN ONLY SYNC TO 1 COMPUTER AT A TIME. HOPE THAT HELPS.
