as looking at pornography? If a man is doing either of these, isnt' he going outside of marriage to get his needs met..whether emotional or physical?

Depends what camp your from. If you believe marriage is just an agreement not to sleep with anyone else, then no. But unfornatly, thats not human relationships. In the reality of human nature it is much worse. For one a person who is capiable of cheating on there spouse emotionally should also understand how emotionally damage that can be to the already exsisting relationship. Also it becomes incredible hard to make a relationship work after finding more emotional satisfaction somewhere else. You can work thru the physical shortcomings ten times easier then you could work thru emotional shortcomings.

I believe it is.

A marriage is about commitment and honesty. Two people trying hard to make it work by constantly helping each other out.

You cannot have two "relationships" at the same time.
