why the sea is always salty?

the raning water is not salty at all and half of them going to sea at last, i thought is the raning water wash all the minerals and that makes the sea water salty but im not sure and thats my question why? but i didnt accept stupid answers like in the bottom , please some one got good knowledge about this, answer my question,thanx

Yes it has a lot of salt in it.
