I think My Chemical Romance but i still love Panic at the Disco. I think that you can relate to mcr songs more, they always help me when I'm angry or down, they have much more of a meaning.

My Chemical Romance of course!!! they music is awesome.
how can you compare the two.
panic at the disco is so fake. his voice is awful live. and their lyrics make no sense at all. P!ATD to me is like emo(in my opinion) and the guys look ridiculous. mcr is not emo they are alternative rock.(gerard has said so him self)
My chemical romance sound just as good live as they do on the cd. also their music is more meaning full and some send out a good message like famous last words and teenagers.

my chemical romance is better live, but panic at the disco s music is more catchy...both are good in their own aspects

Personally I say Panic! At the Disco. Because I am a big
P!ATD and Fall out Boy fan.. But MCR is awesome too.
P!ATD has a more techo-y feel to it.

omg! how can u compare??? MCR all the way! it's true Panic! at the disco has a more techno feel to it, still good. But MCR??? c'mooooon.....Helena? I'm not okay? Famoust Last Words? Welcome to the Black Parade? love 'em all and always will.

Both good but I like MCR better....MCR has been around a long time - they have good old stuff and good new stuff...Panic hasn't been around long enough to know whether they really will last or ....

Panic! has more creative songs. they are nicely written. I like MCR's first cd, but I couldnt even stand their second one. They totally changed their image and thats not cool for a band sometimes. so overall, Panic! is better
