you are asking for the high profile rappers, which will run you somewhere in the 5-6 digit area just for them to come and perform. you can call their record companies and see how much it would cost to have them come out and perform, but be aware that some artists will want you to pay for their plane tickets and hotel stay as well so thats another cost on top of you already having to pay for them just to show up. or you can call popular radio shows also, thats what my mom did because she wanted usher to come and sing, and somehow she got his moms number and he was only going to charge five hundred dollars which isnt alot right? so good luck and i hope you get the artist you want!

If they know you and like you (or your sister) then you can get some for about $2000.00. If you call their agent, it's gonna run you at least $15,000 up to $100,000. Depends on when they last had a hit. And how attractive your sister is.
