It really depends. How many people are travelling? Do you plan to eat 3x a day at restaurants?
Can you edit your question a bit? We'd be happy to help you!

When we go to Orlando, we always eat out, so my answer depends upon that. We allow $75 per person, and that's NICE restaurants. Now, if you are planning fast food instead, you can get away with $20 for dinner, $15 for lunch, and $10 for breakfast, per person. That also allows for an ice cream snack and a bottled water in the parks. I assume that you are staying, or at least eating, all your meals on-property. If you will be spending most of your time off-property and eating at Olive Garden or Denny's, the prices are the same as at home.
For admission prices--ouch--four days of admissions to Disney alone runs $200 per person. Going to Florida isn't cheap. If you want to know a total, multiply all this by the total amount of people that are going with you.

If you are going to a theme park, I would allow at least $100 dollars per day, per person. This is if you want to eat 3 meals a day and possibly a snack. The theme parks have gotton very pricey and if you are going to DisneyWorld, I would reccomend staying at one of their resort and buying the Disney Dining Plan. You save a ton of money and you do not have to bother carrying money around the parks. Hope this helps!
