A brand new car doesn't need flushed for 3 years (look at the manual). After that, flush as needed. Have the fluid tested at Auto Zone or somewhere. Just because the fluid is still green doen't mean it's still good.

Every 2 years, and I do my own.
Jiffy lube will do it for 90 bucks, or you can do it yourself for 15
