i am an 18 year old who would like to learn to play the srum, but does not know of any place to learn it, is there any school that can be found in singapore that is relatively cheap?

In your father days, everything is learned by trying out. That is why he is so resilient. Unfortunately, mum is not and we get a certified wimp. Go back to the Way. There are electronic drum sets which only you can hear through a headphones. Watch youtube. Type 'drum' and play along with the clips your downloaded. Spend your dads money on girlfriends instead of going to a drum school.
