i bought earphones and put a bunch of my fave songs on my media player at work so i don't have to listen to the whiners...when they realize that you aren't responding to them, they find someone else to whine to.

hehe do we work at the same place my biggest whiner is JG also but seriously there is nothing i cant stand more than a guy that whines icky oooh there is one thing i cant stand more and thats a guy that baby talks ICKY

Just tell him that you're tired of hearing him whine. You can say he should at least TRY to be a man. If that fails, mock him by pretending to whine back at him.
He'll hate you, of course.

I know this guy. He's in my office to. When he whines, put your hand up to your ear, rub index finger over thumb (simulate playing a violin). When he asks, "What's that?" Tell him, "it's the smallest violin in the world playing 'My Heart Bleeds for You.'"

Give him something to really "whine" about, like putting super glue on his chair just before he sits down for instance...

Try pulling his hair a couple sharp tugs oughta do it if he wants to act like a whiny child then he should be treated as such.

Start mocking him to show him how he sounds with all that whining. You could also buy him a baby pacifier.

Give him a taste of his own medicine, b itch and complain to him about any little thing. I had to work with an idiot like that too, gave me a headache everyday.Whiners are spoiled little bitches.

I would avoid him at all costs. I'm not very good at pretending I like someone when I don't. Ignore him. He's probably just looking for attention/pity.

this is what i do w/my kids to stop them.....
1) tell him one time that you can't understand him when he talks that way then when he does it COMPLETELY ignore him til he changes the way he's talking...
2) tell him that since he's talking in a way you can't understand, all further communications with you must be submitted in writing.
